A multi-use resistance training tool for biceps, triceps, back and shoulders that can be used with dumbbells or special attachments.

The Bicep Board is designed to optimally target your biceps.
It allows the user to position the hand and wrist without straining the forearm muscles, providing continuous and pinpoint loading of the biceps.

To check the diameter of the dumbbell handle, calculate the handle circumference ÷ 3.14 and check the diameter.
