Q: Where can I make inquiries regarding products?
A: You can contact us through official LINE, the question column on the product page, or the contact page.
Q: Where can I get the coupon code?
A: We will issue a special coupon code that can be used permanently on the Gentleman Fitness Club official website to those who register on the official LINE and cooperate with the survey responses. *Quantity limited.
Q: The deadline for responding to the survey has expired.
A: We appreciate your cooperation in completing the questionnaire within the deadline. If there is a reason why we were unable to respond, please contact us using the inquiry form.
Q: Is it automatically marked as read on official LINE?
A: The system will automatically mark it as read. Once you have responded to each form, we will respond after checking.
Q: Can I return defective products?
A: We take every precaution in inspecting and shipping products, but in the unlikely event that you receive a defective product, we will exchange it for a good product. [Product defects/initial defects] Please contact us.
After contacting us, we will provide you with instructions for exchange or return.
*However, only if you contact us within 7 days of delivery.
*We will bear the cost of returning the defective product and shipping the replacement product.
*Please be sure to check whether there are any defects in the product immediately after receiving it.
If a defect is discovered within 7 days after receiving the product, we cannot accept exchanges or returns, even if it is the first time you use the product. Please note.
Q: Are there any conditions for returns or exchanges?
A: Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to customer reasons (other than product damage or stains).
As a general rule, we do not accept returns or exchanges of non-defective products due to customer circumstances such as incorrect image, incorrect order size, etc. Please consider carefully before ordering.
*We cannot accept returns if the following items apply.
- For consumables.
- If resold.
- In case of customer's negligence.
- In case of modification or processing.
- Products other than ours (scratches on the wall, etc.)
- Expenses incurred for assembly, installation, removal, etc.
- Scratches, stains, distortions, dents, etc. that do not affect usage.
- If our company determines that the method of use, maintenance, or storage is inappropriate.
- When using in an environment that is used by an unspecified number of people (gyms, facilities, schools, etc.).
