The innovative design allows you to remove the safety hook, allowing you to maximize the Smith Bar's range of motion.

The bar itself has three holes drilled to accommodate expansion attachments used with Smith machines.

*This product requires assembly. Please prepare the assembly tools yourself.

*When using the Smith attachment in combination with a safety, it is only compatible with short safety.

*When using the Smith attachment, the rack itself may become less stable depending on how it is used (e.g., when performing exercises that place weight on the rear, such as Smith hack squats).

In this case, please place the weight plates at the bottom of the rack according to the exercise to ensure stability of the product.

We plan to develop extended foot support parts to improve stability in the future.
