The innovative design allows the safety hook to be removed. By removing the safety hook, you can expand the Smith bar's range of motion to its fullest.

The bar itself has three holes drilled in it to accommodate expansion attachments when used with a Smith machine.

*When using the Smith attachment in combination with a safety, it is only compatible with the short safety.

*When using the Smith Attachment, the stability of the rack itself may be reduced depending on how it is used. (Example: Smith Hack Squats and other exercises that put weight on the rear.)

In this case, please place weight plates according to the exercise at the bottom of the rack to stabilize the product.

We plan to develop extended foot support parts in the future to improve stability.
