Frequently asked questions
[About product use and adjustment]
Q: When adjusting the slide rail, there is a difference in feel between the left and right sides.
A: Each part is precisely adjusted, but there may be slight differences in the sliding feel of the slide rails. First, please make sure that the surface on which the cradle is installed is completely level. If the installation surface is tilted, the frame may become distorted, which may affect its operation. Please check the checklist below and try it out.

Q: I can't get the dumbbells to fit properly in the cradle.
A: Changing the weight using the cradle may take some getting used to. Be sure to lower the dumbbell vertically (straight) when returning it to its original position. If this does not improve the situation, please refer to the instruction video again and check that the cradle is positioned and facing correctly.
Q: The locking pin on the side rail has come loose.
A: The hex screw that secures the lock pin may loosen due to the vibrations caused by daily training. While holding the tip of the lock pin (the square part) with a wrench, retighten it with a hex wrench. We recommend that you retighten it periodically.
Q: There are gaps between the plates. Is this a problem?
A: Yes, there is no problem. To ensure smooth operation of the variable mechanism of this product, a slight clearance is intentionally left between the plates. The width of this gap may vary slightly from one product to another, but this does not affect functionality or safety.
Q: I am using it without a cradle (base), but the sliding rails are stiff.
A: Please make sure the dumbbells are placed on a flat surface. If you use them on an uneven floor or at an angle, the side rails may interfere with the plates, making adjustments difficult. Always use them on a flat surface.
[Installation and options]
Q: The sliding shelf of the dumbbell stand is stiff.
A: The slide rails used in the sliding shelf are industrial products with a high load capacity, so they are very stiff when no weight is applied. Please check that the rails and screw heads are not interfering with each other, and then try placing a dumbbell on them to see if they work.
Q: Is there a place to store the inner plates?
A: If you install the cradle by fixing it to a sliding shelf, you can use the gaps between the shelf and both ends of the cradle as storage space.
Q: Is it a good idea to install anti-fall parts on the dumbbell stand?
A: This part is included as standard with the "Dumbbell Stand PRO," but installation is optional. When using this product or an adjustable dumbbell such as a Power Block, it will be easier to use without it installed.
Q: I'm concerned about the smell of rubber from the dumbbell stand.
A: You may notice a strong rubber smell immediately after opening. Normally, if you leave the product in a well-ventilated place for a few days to a week, the smell will gradually decrease and you will no longer notice it.
[Product specifications and quality]
Q: The texture of the plates varies from one to another, so I would like them replaced.
A: Each weight plate is machined, but there may be slight individual differences in the surface texture, etc. Please note that we cannot exchange weight plates due to individual differences in appearance, unless we determine that there is an obvious functional defect or that the weight plate is interfering with use.
Q: There is a small scratch on the product, is it eligible for a replacement?
A: This product is heavy, so minor scratches and scuffs may occur during the inspection and packaging process. As long as there are no problems with safety or functionality, we will treat it as a non-defective product. If there is obvious significant damage, please contact customer support.
[Future Developments]
Q: When using without a cradle, will there be a part available that allows plates to be stored upside down on the sliding shelf?
A: Yes, we have completed the production of samples. If the verification results show no problems, we plan to begin mass production and sales. By using this part, you can store regular plates on the sliding shelf even when not using the cradle, allowing you to create a more space-saving training environment.
